Return & Refund Policy – The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM

At The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM, we are committed to delivering exceptional makeup artistry and ensuring client satisfaction. As our services are personalized and time-sensitive, we have the following Return & Refund Policy in place:

1. No Refund on Services

  • Due to the nature of our professional makeup services, we do not offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed and the service has been rendered.
  • If you have any concerns about your makeup look, please inform us during the session so that necessary adjustments can be made immediately.

2. Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the appointment: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment: No refund will be provided.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. New date confirmation is subject to availability.

3. Advance Payment & Deposits

  • All advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted towards a future booking within 3 months, subject to availability.

4. Product Purchases (if applicable)

  • Any makeup products purchased from us are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of genuine emergencies, refunds or reschedules will be considered at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if such a situation arises.
