Shipping Policy – The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM
At The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM, we currently provide services only and do not offer shipping for physical products. However, if we introduce products in the future (such as beauty kits or gift vouchers), the following Shipping Policy will apply:
Order Processing
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with order details once your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time: 5-7 business days within India.
- Express delivery option (if available): 2-3 business days for metro cities.
- International shipping: Currently not available.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the shipment.
- You can track your package through our shipping partner’s website (link will be provided).
Delays & Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, holidays, or courier service issues.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
- As makeup and beauty products are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged/defective.
- In case of a wrong/damaged product, please email us at [Sugandhakmmua@gmail.com] with proof (photos/videos) within 24 hours of delivery.
