Terms & Conditions – The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM

Welcome to The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the service begins.
  • Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling appointments well in advance.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the appointment: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment: No refund will be provided.
  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment and is subject to availability.

3. Service Terms

  • We strive to deliver high-quality, professional makeup services. If you have any specific requirements, please communicate them during the trial session or before the appointment.
  • We do not provide refunds or touch-ups after the service has been completed. However, minor adjustments can be made during the session itself.
  • Clients must ensure they arrive on time for their appointments. Any delay of more than 30 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or additional charges.

4. Travel & On-Site Bookings

  • Travel charges will be applicable for on-site makeup bookings outside of our studio.
  • Accommodation & transport costs must be covered by the client for destination weddings or outstation bookings.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us about any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the session.
  • We follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, and all brushes, tools, and products are thoroughly sanitized before use.

6. Photography & Social Media

  • By booking our services, you agree that before & after photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.
  • If you do not wish to be featured on our social media, please inform us in advance.

7. Product Usage

  • We use high-quality, premium brands for all makeup applications. However, if a client prefers to use their own products, they must inform us beforehand.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by makeup products. A patch test can be done upon request.

8. Liability

  • The Bridal Room by Sugandha KM is not responsible for any reactions, delays, or dissatisfaction after the makeup service is completed.
  • In the case of unavoidable circumstances (such as illness or emergency), we reserve the right to assign another professional artist or reschedule the appointment.
